Thank you for choosing Miss Bae, operated by Ladanne Global Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), with its registered office at 402, Venture X, Landmark Cyberpark, Sector 67, Gurgaon – 122018, Haryana, India. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ladanne Global Private Limited. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Platform at the time of your use applies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services overview
The Platform enables end-consumers to browse and purchase beauty, personal care, and related products for personal use, subject to serviceability in selected locations in India. Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed for information; we strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
We may act as a retailer or as an intermediary for third-party sellers where disclosed on the product or order confirmation. Your contract for goods is with Ladanne Global Private Limited or the identified seller as applicable.
3. Eligibility
- You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- The Platform is for personal, non-commercial consumption unless we expressly approve a business account in writing.
- Products restricted by law (including certain items for adult use) may require age verification or may not be sold to minors.
4. Account registration
You may need to register using a valid mobile number and OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate profile and delivery details and keep them updated.
With your consent, we may send transactional messages (orders, delivery, OTP) and promotional communications; you may opt out of marketing messages through available preferences or by contacting us.
5. Orders, pricing & payments
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order or dispatch the product, subject to stock and verification.
- Prices, taxes, fees, and discounts are shown at checkout; we may correct manifest errors and cancel or adjust affected orders with notice.
- Payments are processed through authorised payment partners (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.). You authorise us and our partners to charge the payable amount.
- Failed or fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation. Chargebacks must be raised through proper channels after contacting customer support.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to demand, weather, logistics, or force majeure. Risk in products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You must inspect deliveries promptly and report damage or missing items within the window stated on the Platform or order confirmation.
7. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility depend on product category, order status, and applicable policy shown on the product page, checkout, or order details. Perishable, opened, or hygiene-sealed products may not be returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit where permitted, within timelines communicated after return verification. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Promotions, coupons & wallet
Offers, coupons, loyalty points, and wallet balance are subject to separate terms displayed with each promotion. We may modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice. Misuse, including multiple accounts or fraudulent redemption, may lead to cancellation of benefits and orders.
9. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: submitting false orders; reselling without authorisation; scraping or automated access without permission; uploading harmful or unlawful content; infringing intellectual property; or interfering with security or operations.
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Ladanne Global Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal shopping. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our content without written consent.
11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Platform and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ladanne Global Private Limited and its officers, directors, and agents against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach consumer forums or other remedies under applicable law.
